Say yellow to the Bee Network
Making it easier for you to get around: by bus, tram, train, walking, wheeling or cyclingThe Bee Network is Greater Manchester’s new, joined up transport network, taking you where you need to go.
250+ bus services in Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and parts of Manchester and Salford joined the Bee Network on 5 January.
It means that Greater Manchester has made history as the first area outside London to bring all local bus services under local control in almost 40 years.
It’s a huge change to the way things are run and we’re working hard to bring you safe, affordable, accessible services you can rely on.
Most of the new Bee Network bus services are the same but we’ve improved key routes with earlier, later and more frequent services.
We’ve also recently announced plans for eight commuter rail lines joining the Bee Network in three phases through to 2028.
