Information and Ticket Offices

At our Information and Ticket Offices, you can:

  • Purchase any ticket, including: smart card tickets, Metrolink season tickets, National Express tickets and Yelloways coach bookings.
  • Apply for an igo card, Our Pass or English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) pass.
  • Renew or replace your igo card, Our Pass or English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) pass.
  • Add tram & train travel.

We can't help with holiday sales or refunds.
