Monitoring performance

To ensure delivery of the actions and objectives, performance against the actions we have identified will be monitored to reflect the priorities and outcomes we want to deliver and reported regularly to measure to what extent we are achieving these.

Clear action owners for the activity that sits below each objective to ensure delivery of these and a refreshed Inequalities Steering Group will be developed.

To hold ourselves accountable, an annual report against the action plan will be published publicly and will include a review of the overarching objectives which will be owned by the Inequalities Steering Group and reported through TfGM’s senior leadership team and to the Executive Board.

2023/24 Inclusion and Equalities Annual Report

The 2023/24 annual report celebrates our successes over the second year of the Inclusion and Equality Strategy and highlights a range of equalities initiatives delivered across all of our teams. It also sets out our future plans to ensure that the Bee Network and TfGM continue to become more inclusive, accessible, and representative of the communities we serve.
