TfGM own a range of spaces across Greater Manchester, from retail, office, and residential units to surplus land and industrial units (railway arches). We are open to suggestions and enjoy creating exciting spaces for anything from pop ups and small businesses to larger brands.

Most of our sites are near tram stops or bus stations, with high footfall encouraging good business.
